CnidBase BLAST
database updated daily

Hits which have corresponding entries in CnidBase will include their CnidBase accession number surrounded by asterisks in the definition line (e.g. *Cns145*). Links to the entry in CnidBase are included at the end of the defline. These links don't show up in the summary section of the BLAST reports since deflines are truncated but are included in the alignment section of the report.
